— These bags are super beginner friendly and require knowledge of UK double crochet (US single crochet) with basic surface crocheting. The watermelon seeds include UK treble/US double also.
Yarn Requirements:
— 500m of DK yarn.
— The samples shown use the following yarn: [Watermelon] Rowan Cotton Glace in Poppy, Bleached, Shoot and Black; [Lemon] Rowan Cotton Glace in Ochre, Bleached and Mineral.
Hooks:
— 3.25mm
Gauge:
–5sts x 6 rows per 2.5cm. Although this is not very important so long as your stitches for a rigid fabric.
Other Materials:
— Tapestry needle to sew in zipper
— 1 zip in matching colour (per bag)
— 2 D-rings (per bag) 25mm
— 1 Clip-on handbag strap (per bag)
— Scissors
